Refunds & Returns Policy

 

This policy sets out your rights and obligations when purchasing from Yogi Pants (https://www.yogipants.co.uk). It complies with the Consumer Rights Act 2015, Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, and other applicable UK law.

 

1. Your Legal Rights

 

You have the right to receive goods that:

Match their description

Are of satisfactory quality

Are fit for purpose

 

If your product is faulty, damaged, or misdescribed, you have the right to request a repair, replacement, or refund.

 

2. Returns for Defective or Damaged Products

 

We accept returns only in the following situations:

The item is faulty or develops a fault within a reasonable period

The item is damaged on arrival

You received the wrong item

 

To report an issue:

Email info@yogipants.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order

Include your order number, photos (if applicable), and a description of the issue

 

We will:

Offer a replacement, repair, or refund depending on the case

Cover the return shipping cost if the item is confirmed to be faulty or incorrect

 

3. No Returns for Non-Defective Items (Hygiene Policy)

 

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns for items that are:

Opened

Unsealed

Used

 

This applies to yoga mats and other fitness products, which fall under the hygiene exemption outlined in Schedule 3, Paragraph 28(e) of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013:

 

“Sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if they become unsealed after delivery.”

 

If the product is unopened and in its original sealed packaging, contact us within 14 days of delivery to request a return authorisation. We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.

 

4. Exchanges

 

We do not offer exchanges. If you wish to order a different item, please place a new order. If your original item is faulty, it will be replaced with the same item or a refund offered.

 

5. Cancellations (Before Dispatch Only)

 

You may cancel your order before it has been dispatched by contacting us at info@yogipants.co.uk. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

 

6. How to Return an Item (If Eligible)

 

If we approve your return, you will receive detailed instructions. Do not return any items without authorisation.

 

Returns must:

Be packaged securely

Include your name, order number, and reason for return

Be returned within 14 days of return approval

 

7. Refund Processing

 

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

We’ll notify you of the outcome

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5 working days

You will be notified via email once the refund has been issued

 

8. Return Shipping Costs

 

If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we’ll cover return shipping

If you return an item without valid reason (e.g. change of mind on a sealed product), return shipping is at your expense and the return may be refused

 

9. Exceptions

 

We do not accept returns, cancellations, or refunds for:

Products unsealed or used for any reason other than a confirmed defect

Items returned without prior approval

Products returned outside the approved timeframe

Products not purchased through our website
